The hotel has a cute and cozy feel to it but lacks some essential amenities like a kettle upstairs or a bottle of water in the bedroom. The service was exceptional with great breakfast choices and a friendly staff. The location is convenient with easy tram access to the city center, although it's a bit far from restaurants. The dining offers good vegan options but some items seemed stale. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
